Sara Singleton, FNP
Sara is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and has worked in the medical field for over 12 years. She graduated from Ball State University in 2011 with Bachelor's degree in Nursing. She also earned her Master's degree in Nursing at Ball State University in 2018. Sara has spent the majority of her medical career serving in the area of pediatrics. Sara's concentration areas include pediatrics and holistic family care, and she is excited to begin a new chapter of her career in her home town serving the families and community where she grew up.
Tiffany Richards, FNP
Tiffany has served in the healthcare field for over 20 years. She began her medical career by earning her Associate's degree in nursing from Bethel College in 2000 and Bachelor's from Bethel in 2005. She worked as an obstetrics nurse (labor/ delivery) for nearly 10 years before earning her Master's degree through Ball State University and became an AANP Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in 2011. For the past 10 years, she has practiced in family medicine as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her specialty focus areas include chronic disease management, women's health, and holistic care.
